Project Overview
The homeowners of this Pitt Meadows single-family home reached out to our contractor while comparing a few different fencing options for their two-tone fence. They were looking at cedar, vinyl, and aluminum, but they were not completely sure which material would be the best fit for their property. During the first phone call, our team walked them through the general cost differences, maintenance expectations, and pros and cons of each material. From there, we booked a site visit so an estimator could view the property in person, bring samples, and help them narrow down the best option.
The full project included 157 linear feet of fencing, with two gates for the main property and one gate for the neighbor. The homeowners already had an existing two-tone cedar fence along the west side of the property. Because of that, the goal was not just to install a new fence, but to choose something that would tie in well with what was already there.
